The Debian project: is a free OS for your computer. An operating system is the set of basic programs and utilities that make your computer run. Debian provides more than a pure OS. It comes with 51000 packages, precompiled software bundled up in a nice format for easy installation on your machine.
Debian Astro: is a ‘Debian Pure Blend’ with the aim to develop a Debian based operating system that fits the requirements of both professional and hobby astronomers. It integrates a large number of software packages covering telescope control, data reduction, presentation and other fields.
The Globe Program: The Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment [GLOBE] Program is an international science and education program that provides students and the public worldwide with the opportunity to participate in data collection and the scientific process, and contribute meaningfully to our understanding of the Earth system and global environment. GLOBE provides grade level-appropriate, interdisciplinary activities and investigations about the atmosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere, and soil/pedosphere, which have been developed by the scientific community and validated by teachers. GLOBE connects students, teachers, scientists, and citizens from different parts of the world to conduct real, hands-on science about their local environment and to put this in a global perspective.
Libre Space Foundation: promote, advance and develop libre [free/open source] technologies and knowledge for space. LSF design, develop and deliver space related projects ranging from Ground Station equipment to global monitoring Networks and satellite missions. A non-profit foundation registered since 2014 in Greece from the creators of the SatNOGS project.
SatNOGS: is an open source ground station and network, optimized for modularity, built from readily available and affordable tools and resources.
UPSat: is a 2U Cubesat -the first open-source hardware/software- satellite constructed and delivered by Libre Space Foundation, started by University of Patras as part of the QB50 mission with ID GR-02.
Autistici/Inventati: was born in 2001 from an encounter of individuals and collectives of the autonomous anticapitalist movement who were interested in technology and active in the fight for digital rights.

Take Back the Tech!: is a call to everyone, especially women and girls, to take control of technology to end violence against women. It’s a global, collaborative campaign project that highlights the problem of tech-related violence against women, together with research and solutions from different parts of the world. The campaign offers safety roadmaps and information and provides an avenue for taking action. Take Back the Tech! leads several campaigns at various points in the year, but our biggest annual campaign takes place during 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
